Our weekly visit to the was so great. I picked up some fresh produce from and met the sweetest vegan who helped me understand all the struggles I endured last week were all very normal. We tried samples of the berry bowl and mango bowl and left with a berry bowl and more knowledge on veganism. We love the . If you haven't been, you're missing out, seriously. 今日は旦那さん休みだったから
一緒にファーマーズマーケット❤️ 念願の丸ごとココナッツウォーター❤️ 飲み終わったら半分に割ってくれて
中の果肉食べれるようにしてくれる！

大きいのに３ドルっていうのが
わたし的に衝撃だった！

今日は$31で
ケール、人参二本、コーン五本、ブロッコリー、カリフラワー、バナナ、パイナップル、アスパラ２束、マンゴー三個、りんご2個、レモン2個、ラディッシュたくさん

旦那さん用のプロテインは
明日かあさってホールフーズに買いに行く！

ケールは旦那さん食べなくて
一気に消費できないから

冷凍して味噌汁、スープに入れるかスムージーにしてる

ラディッシュはピクルスか浅漬けにする予定！
