𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧&𝗞 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁!
Through our genetics and breeding program with select ranches, we’re building a broader Wagyu program that includes American and Purebred Wagyu, with Fullblood Wagyu in development. Across each classification, our focus remains on carefully selected genetics, consistency, and the same commitment to the eating experience that has always defined T&K.
As part of that growth, we’re excited to introduce 𝗥-𝗖 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗧&𝗞 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. R-C brings years of commercial Wagyu experience, proven production knowledge, and greater access to exceptional beef, helping us better serve demand while bringing this broader vision to life. At the same time, both operations will continue building on what they do best.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧&𝗞 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁.
We are intentionally selective about who we build this program with. Every ranch we work with must align with T&K’s expectations for animal welfare, responsible breeding, transparency, and the way cattle are raised and managed. Expanding our network does not mean changing the values T&K was built on. It means working with ranchers who share those same values, so the same level of care and accountability carries through regardless of which ranch an animal comes from.
For our customers, this means better access to Wagyu through one trusted place to shop. Instead of searching across multiple ranches, programs, and product types, you’ll be able to find American, Purebred, and eventually Fullblood Wagyu through T&K, with clear information about what you’re buying, where it came from, and the genetics behind it.
This gives us the ability to offer more consistent availability, greater variety, and more ways to enjoy Wagyu across different preferences and price points without sacrificing the transparency and trust you already expect from us.
