🚨 MARKET UPDATE 🚨

We are still having the Hesston Farmers Market tonight — outdoors as planned!

There may be a little rain during setup, but it looks like it should pass quickly. If you’d prefer to wait until the rain moves through before setting up, that’s completely fine.

If possible, please get as much of your setup done as you can and move vehicles to vendor parking promptly so we can be ready to welcome customers as close to 6:00 PM as possible.

🌿 Community Support Opportunity 🌿

This year, we’ll have a donation jar available at Devan Spencer tallow booth with 4K Farms

All donations will go directly toward helping the Hesston Farmers Market grow and thrive by funding items such as yard signs, postcards, reusable shopping bags for customers, and other materials needed throughout this season and into next summer.

Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue building a strong local market and supporting our amazing community of vendors and shoppers.

VENDORS — Opening Day Information 🌿

📍 June 3 at Hesston College
⏰ Setup begins at 4:30 PM

The college will have cones blocking off the parking lot at first. Once they are moved, please follow these setup instructions:

• Pull in and unload your items first
• Please do NOT begin setting up until your vehicle is moved
• After unloading, park down the street or in the parking lot on the south side of the church
• We want to keep the closest parking available for our customers 😊

Once parked, you may return to fully set up your booth. All booths must be completely set up and ready by 5:45 PM.

Each vendor will have approximately one parking space or a 10x10 booth area. We will begin setup in the southwest corner and work our way around. If you are next in line, please scoot up close to the previous vendor so we can use the space as efficiently as possible.

If the south parking lot fills up, we will continue setup on the north side.

✔️ Please bring all of your own setup items and tent if needed.
🚻 The closest restroom is the small Casey’s down the street.

Also — if you know of anyone willing to volunteer to help direct customers and vendors, we would greatly appreciate the help! 🙌

I have one sign left!!
One yard didn’t work out- some where on a main- by the college- by the villa- or even by small Casey’s would be amazing!! Tag your friends!! 🩷

I’ve got 3 signs that need a home! 🌿

We’re looking for yards in high-traffic areas like Ridge, Lincoln, or Old US 81 to help advertise the summer market. Must be privately owned property (no city property allowed).
