June 20, 2026. Happy Fathers Day! Take a trip to the countryside and drop by our Farm Stand. Open Saturdays 10:00-2:00. Located at 330 SA Road, Henry, NE.

This week we have two awesome Spring soups to chose from: Cream of Asparagus AND Cream of Celery with Chicken. Both served with a fresh dinner roll.

Dessert this week is cherry keylime.

We have fresh veggies!!!! Spinach, Swiss chard, romaine lettuce, bok choy, butter head lettuces, salad turnips, radishes, zucchini, celery, and possibly a surprise or two. Plus, we have organic eggs and potato salad.

Open Saturdays 10:00-2:00. Located at 330 SA Road, Henry (just 1 mile off Hwy 26).

June 13, 2026. New Spring hours at our Farm Stand are Saturday 10:00-2:00, May thru June.

This week our fresh soup is: Potato Leek. Served with a fresh dinner roll. As we get the 2026 leek crop in the ground, we dug a few out of the freezer for soup making!

Fresh from the gardens: GARLIC SCAPES, RADISHES, BUTTER HEAD LETTUCES, ROMAINE, TURNIPS, CELERY, RHUBARB, and BOK CHOY.

From the root cellar: a few potatoes and carrots.

From the kitchen: potato salad, fresh soup, frozen soups, cabbage pockets, fudge, banana bread, zucchini bread, honey whole wheat bread, hamburger buns, brownies, jumbo cookies, frosted sugar cookies, picante, pasta sauce, sriracha sauce, chojecherry jelly & syrup, jelly, jam, pancake syrup, sauerkraut, local honey, and organic eggs.

We have ORGANIC COMPOST for sale by the skidsteer scoop ($100) or just a 5-gallon bucket ($10).
