Happy Friday!! Everyone at Field & Kitchen and Caja Solidaria is so appreciative of your support! Whether you come in and eat, get doordash delivery, use the shared-use kitchen, utilize the free community fridge, take part in our food is medicine programs or our build-your-own farm share program; to all of our staff, farmers, interns, partners, volunteers, funders; to those that have voted for us in the Vegan Chef Challenge- we can't do this without you! Thank you so incredibly much! 💞

This is also a friendly reminder that we will be closed next week 6/22-6/26! We hope to see everyone starting the week of 6/29! Have a great week beautiful community!

Field & Kitchen will be open for the rest of this week, but will be closed next week, due to the construction on 64 (also, we just need some rest). Our Pay-What-You-Can restaurant model is truly a community project. If what we are co-creating inspires you in any way, please reach out to help it become sustainable. ¡Hola! ¿Sabías que Hendersonville tiene un nuevo restaurante de Paga lo que puedas? Estamos abiertos de lunes a viernes de 11:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m. y estamos ubicados en 1620 Brevard Rd., en Hendersonville (al lado de YAM y la lavandería).

¡La mayoría de nuestras opciones son orgánicas y 100% a base de plantas! Obtenemos nuestros productos lo más localmente posible. El precio sugerido para nuestros platos es de $14, ¡pero realmente cualquier cantidad que puedas aportar es bienvenida!

Además, durante el mes de Junio estamos ofreciendo nuestros “Perros Calientes de Zanahoria” (zanahorias preparadas con un sabor similar a los perros caliente), una Ensalada Crujiente de Quinoa y Rollitos de Acelga como parte del Vegan Chef Challenge. ¡Esperamos contar con tu voto!

Este es verdaderamente un proyecto comunitario y necesitamos todo el apoyo posible para hacerlo sostenible. ¿Te gusta cortar vegetales, seguir recetas o quieres aprender a preparar alimentos más saludables? ¡Esta es una excelente oportunidad para ser voluntario/a!
