Decided this year to not wait till the night of the first frost to start brining in the rest of the garden! Eggplant, sage, and basil, with peppers and squash underneath all the herbs! Will be busy hang drying the herbs and processing the peppers for salsa!

You know it's a good tomato when Ollie eats it like an apple when I give him the green light to eat it during picking!! Such a meaty beefsteak with very uniform/predictable fruit. I mean look at that color😍 later season beefsteak, heavy producer, 1lb+, perfect tomatoes🍅 Only negative is the skin is very thin causing it to be very prone to cracking😭
