Becky's favorite Grab & Go is the Pecan Sweet Potato Farro Salad. It's crunchy, nutty, cheesy, sweet and filling - perfect for lunch. Chef Lori likes it cold but Becky likes it hot!

It's a great mix of farro, sweet potatoes, cheese, spinach, arugula, craisins and pecans. If you don't know what farro is, it's an ancient wheat grain similar in texture to risotto. It's got a nutty flavor and chewy texture and is a good source of Vitamin B & E as well as zinc, magnesium and iron.

Drop by and pick one up for a quick, easy lunch.

Don’t let the color bother you. Sometimes you get a purer white (which this is a beautiful white but the light isn’t showing it.) Sometimes you get some tints of yellow as well. It is all about the cows feeding that season. This suet tallow is always from local grass fed non GMO cattle fat from around the kidney.

We were thrilled after yesterday’s first harvest of the season. We have a left Non GMO squash, red potatoes, beets, and leaf lettuce from our local Oneal Farm & Produce. Today (Friday) & Saturday 9-2.
