Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm Clay Hill Corners is a small market garden and blueberry farm on seven acres owned by Carol Stedman and Marty Banak.

We provide fresh local foods to our neighbors and the local communities of Hartland, Quechee, Windsor and Hartford. Our passion is to grow year round in Vermont and we extend our short growing season with an insulated solar greenhouse and a hoophouse. Blueberries, flowers, and 'Spicy Greens' mesclun mix are our specialties. We host the Clay Hill Corners CSA which is a neighborhood group of growers

providing a broad range of vegetables, eggs, and local products to 20 local households from May through November. Our Farm Store is another way to purchase local produce and we can be found at various local farm events and markets in the area throughout the year.

Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm will be at the market today, Friday, with Blueberries! We have lots of other things going on as well- We just harvested our Garlic and Onions, so we have Green Garlic to offer, the first Yellow Onions, Leeks, Shallots and some Scallions. We also dug a few New Potatoes before it got too hot. We have the last picking of Edible Pod Snow Peas, Hot House Cucumbers, Basil, Parsley, a variety of Greens, and our own Hartland Granola and FarmJams.

When we are not at the market we are filling up our Farm Stand with produce at 390 Clay Hill Rd, where our Pick Your Own Blueberry bushes are loaded with an abundance of sweet Berries that you can come and pick any day from 9 to 7. About a third of our fields get shade after 4PM so there is some very comfortable picking in the late afternoons/early evening if the heat is getting to you.
