We are a custom meat processing plant that helps you through the full continuum of the processing procedure of either beef or pork. We do not have a retail counter, one cannot purchase just a few pounds of meat from us. You can order a quarter, half, or whole beef and half or a whole hog in which we will process according to your specifications.

When ordering beef from a farmer remember this simple phrase, not all cattle are beef, and not all beef is steak. Make sure to ask the farmer you are purchasing a young (15-25 months old) beef and not an old cow or bull. I wish I could process the whole beef into primal steaks, but the animal is not a block of wood that can be shaped into whatever you want.

We have been processing a higher volume of Kunekune breed hogs, which are characterized by their fine bone structure and ample lard production. The primal cuts from these animals are smaller compared to traditional hogs, as evident in the pork chop. However, the flavor will not be lacking in deliciousness. Farmers should be aware that half of the weight will be lard when considering raising or selling this breed.
