When you read meat labels, do ever notice on pork or poultry claiming to be Hormone free? Guess what? The USDA code of federal register, cfr, states it is unlawful to feed pork or poultry hormones for growth. The claim is true but only plays on the consumer.

Have you noticed "GLUTEN FREE" on bacon or sausage labels?
This would be like going to the gas pump and reading the words "Water Free"! Gas does not contain water and unless meat is made with wheat, then gluten free is misleading. Please take time to understand what you read.
