Spring is showing off over here on the homestead and babies are being born everywhere this month!

We’ve got chicks hatching, baby bunnies growing, and kittens making their grand arrival too. It feels like every time I turn around there’s another tiny new face to love on. Busy is an understatement, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Life on the homestead is messy, beautiful, exciting, and so full of blessings this time of year. 🐣🐰🐱

Thinking about putting my Ayams together so I can have 100% pure Ayam chicks available 🖤🐣

I’m also curious if anyone would be interested in chicks from my other chickens too! I’m trying to see what kind of interest there is before I start separating groups and getting everything set up.

Everyone loves the biggy boy🤣

Weekends like this are tiring, but they’re the ones that fill your heart the most. ❤️

Friday started with Ava’s doctor’s appointment, then we helped stock fish at the The Germantown Grove Clubfor opening day, and finished the day spending time with family.

Saturday we were up early for opening day of fishing and spent the whole day out there. After that, we picked up dirt from Pop Pop’s for our garden and raised beds — because around here there’s always something to do. 🤎

Sunday was spent celebrating Easter with family on my mom’s side and then visiting my dad’s side after. From start to finish, this weekend was nonstop.

To say we were busy is an understatement, and I think I need two full recovery days after all of it. 🤣 But it was so worth it. We made the best memories, spent time with the people we love, and soaked in every minute.
