Posted 3/7 at 9:48 pm: A new special weather statement has been added for southeastern Meriwether, Pike and northwestern Upson Counties. 40 mph wind gusts, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to ground lightning. This storm is moving east at 25 mph.

Posted 3/7 at 9:28 pm: The northernmost Special Weather Statement has been extended for southwestern Spalding, southeastern Fayette, northwestern Upson, basically all of Pike County, and southeastern Coweta Counties for 40 mph wind gusts, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to ground lightning. This storm is still moving east at 25 mph.

Sean left the irrigation going all night last night and all day today. The berries responded well, but it's a battle with this heat and very little to no rain.
