Elli's fresh baked sourdough is here! Quick bruschetta meets pico de gallo recipe that is fabulous with his garlic sourdough!
Chop and mix 3 tomatoes and half a small sweet onion. We add an ear of corn cut off the cob and diced cucumber. Chopped red and/or green pepper would be good, too!
Season with about 2T balaamic vinegar and 1T olive oil, salt and pepper.

What’s for lunch?!? Come try a slaw dog! Chili, mustard, onions, and slaw!
