We are sampling our tomatoes and onions for dinner this evening on our Nacho Grande and Yes that is a Tomato!🍅😋 No white core, not partially green and hard on the inside. Over the years with operating our small business which has had the opportunity to supply 15-20 Restaurants, Multiple Farm Markets , Schools , Produce Boxes, Gas Stations and our Home Delivery Service, we had to search for a network of growers that was consistent on quality, taste, good growing practices and could keep up with the volume our business was demanding. Tomatoes can look good on the outside but do they taste like they look? Good Question. All though we have had some business hiccups along the way and several restaurants,and gas stations have chosen cheaper less quality tomatoes and produce, we refuse to sell lower quality tomatoes and produce.
