This morning’s barn fire at Saratoga Harness is every horse person’s worst fear — including our own as horse owners.

There are no words for the devastation of waking up to the loss of everything, and the heartbreaking loss of so many great horses’ lives. Our hearts are with the owners, trainers, grooms, drivers, caretakers, and everyone affected by this unimaginable tragedy.

Today, we stand in silence and solidarity with the Saratoga Harness community. Holding space and love for the horses lost, the people grieving, and the strength it will take to move forward.

The greenhouse 🏠 got leveled ↔️ and a base 🔨 added this weekend. As well as a perimeter raised garden bed! We plan to plant some long term returning vegetables 🌱! Like asparagus, horseradish and walking onions!

The addition of the greenhouse is going help us offer so much more in the farm stand!

Thank you Full Bucket Farm for the vegetables and flowers today!! We had a few that didn't survive transplant, we appreciate your full inventory to replace them! 🌱

Check them out on plank road in porters corners for an amazing full variety of items! Seedlings, bread, jams, pickles, and amazing Tiedye and other homemade goods! They also have great hanging baskets! A friend brought one as a gift, that I had looked at it not 15 minutes earlier! 🌺
