We had a fabulous day of weaving and fun on Saturday. Sheryl Scott is an incredible teacher and artist. Our Guild is now 35 members strong as we recently welcomed 7 new members. We have so much to look forward to in 2027 as Mary Blair has outdone herself in building out a full year of workshops and activities.

Tomorrow is a special day in our guild! It is an open weave which means that non-members are invited to visit and potentially weave a basket. (Warning: basket weaving can be addictive. Our guild is not responsible for future obsession. 😁). The event starts at 9am at Greene Greene County Makers.

We had the best time at the Greene County Fair.

The guild had a field trip! We went to the Midfield Lavender Farm in Bulls Gap. What a beautiful venue and experience. We enjoyed cutting our own lavender, crafting (led by Carolyn Lowe) and amazing lunch by Robin Ellis). Many thanks to everyone involved in arranging this event!
