Hi folks!

Tomorrow morning Kickaas will be at the Green Bay, Appleton farmers markets and the last of the season Sturgeon Bay farmers market! In Sturgeon Bay we'll be on 3rd Ave between Oregon and Nebraska.

Hi folks! Well, we're staring down the barrel of a beautiful day for a farmers market tomorrow :) (How about that for a metaphor! Got your attention now!) But seriously though, Fall farmers markets are awesome. Grab a hot coffee, score some sweet cheese, grab a pumpkin or two and get home in time for lunch.

And sweet cheese we have! I'm sending out some more of the 4 year gouda tomorrow. Its kind of everything you want in cheese; creamy yet crystally. Perfect salt balance. TBH its kind of freakin me out so come get some before I change my mind!

We'll be at the Green Bay, Appleton and Sheboygan farmers markets tomorrow morning. Hope to see you there!

Hi folks!

Cant believe its the final evening of the Broadway evening market for the season but there you have it. Its been a somewhat trying summer with rain, rain, lots of rain. Very humid. Bees, lots of those too. And thru all that, a consistent stream of memorable interactions with lots of new terrific people and many who have become dear old familiar faces. Its been a blessing being there with all of you this summer!

Tomorrow I'm celebrating the last day of the 2026 Broadway markets by breaking into a couple wheels of some of the last cheese we made at Door Artisan. Its what is now a 4 year old gouda. This stuff is just fantastic. The body is a bit softer than the 8 year gouda I've had all summer. Its got crystals, its sweet and cheesy. Its just got it all going on! I'm excited to bring it tomorrow for the last day of the season.

Hey folks,
After all the confusion of the posting last night about where we would be today, I now have to report that we may not be at Produce With A Purpose today after all. I have yet to see or been able to get a hold of our employee. I hope she’s OK. I am about to pull into the farmers market in Sturgeon Bay and if I get any time, I will post again to let people know if I have more information.
I’m terribly sorry about the confusion and thank you for your understanding.

Hi folks,
Im super sorry!! We arent at the Appleton market tomorrow because there is no Appleton market tomorrow due to Oktoberfest! Instead we will be at Produce With Purpose at W5086 Amy Ave in Kaukauna from 9-12:30. They have a small but exciting farm stand store with a commercial kitchen churning out everything from kimchi to soup to homemade pizzas. Oh and thoughtful pop up markets with the best of the best vendors 🙂

Happy Fall! Sorry I'm still stoked about the cooler weather :)
Tomorrow morning Kickaas will be kickin buut at the Green Bay, Appleton and Sturgeon Bay farmers markets! At Sturgeon Bay I'll be on 3rd Ave between Nebraska and Oregon.
Tomorrow we'll once again be show casing the raw butter milk blue. Smooth and strong; its just a lovely cheese to have in the refrigerator :)
I'm also sending out some of the fenugreek gouda! If you're a fan you know the drill. It wont be around long so come get it while its creamy and maple syrupy :)

Well, its my favorite 3 weeks of the year: Fall! (hehe) Only 2 more Broadway evening markets left this season?! Tomorrow, marks another chance to get some of the nearly spreadable, raw buttermilk blue cheese. The weather forecast is 66 degrees and sunny! Hope you can make it!

Hi folks,

Today is the final Peshtigo Sunday market of the season?! Can't believe it! Kickaas will be there for it :) We are releasing the raw buttermilk blue cheese. Its a smooth as silk blue thats genuinely haunting stuff :)

It may still be blustery so grab your sweatshirt or windbreaker, a cup of hot coffee and hope to see you there!

Hi folks,

Appleton farmers market is being cancelled tomorrow due to chance of severe weather. Kickaas Cheese will still be set up at the Green Bay location on Washington Street in GB from 7-12. Tomorrow we'll be releasing the raw buttermilk blue cheese. Its a smooth as silk blue cheese that I'm personally pretty happy to have back at the table :)

So, grab your rain coat and umbrella and come to Green Bay otherwise we will I'm sure still have some next Saturday.

OH! By the way, next Saturday the 26th is Oktoberfest in Appleton. We will not be there as there is no farmers market however, Rick from Produce with Purpose has invited us out that day for a pop up market! They has a lot of stuff going on that day including a special bbq cook out and pumpkin picking :) Hope you can make it out!

OOH! (its the new PS) And on Sunday Kickaas will be at the last Peshtigo Sunday farmers market from 10-2!

So grab your rain coat, a hot cup of coffee and we'll hope to see you out there!
