The Tillman family wanted to say a big "Thank You!" to all who supported us by purchasing our collards. We appreciate your support and we think our Lillie would be proud! She loved planting and growing and harvesting, and so this year's harvest has been very important to us as a way to feel close to her. Little sister Paisley is following in her footsteps, and we had great help from Scarlett Volpe and Hailey Scott also.We still have plenty of Yellow Cabbage Collards for sale and are now taking orders, including orders for Christmas. Thanks again!

All collard orders for Monday, 12/23 are bagged and tagged and ready for pickup on our front porch. A cash box is available on the porch railing if we are not home. We are happy to fill orders placed for Tuesday, Christmas Eve, and after Christmas we'll be taking orders for New Years collards. Gotta have some greens to go with those black eyed peas right??! The collards are pretty as ever! We're going to cook about 20 lbs tomorrow so we can eat some and freeze some to have for Christmas next week. One less thing to do at a busy time! My Granddaddy's favorite way to eat collards was warmed over the next day in an iron skillet with a little bacon grease- yum, yum!! Throw in some hush puppies or fried lacey cornbread, omg good! We are still taking orders, 1.50/lb, sold by the leaf.
