We've been hard at it keeping the retail cases stocked up for Memorial Weekend.

Hard to beat hamburgers on the grill! We've got Plain Patties, Patties with Cheese and our personal favorite, Bacon Cheese Burger Patties! Our own MEAT SHOPPE HOUSE SMOKED BACON is ground up right along with the beef! You'll smell it as soon as you open the pack!

We've also got HOUSE MADE WIENERS, PLAIN FARMERS BRATS and JALEPENO FARMERS With CHEESE.

And of course, STEAKS and our MEAT SHOPPE SEASONED PORK CHOPS. We've got both fresh and frozen options ready to go!

We're open till 5:30 today and Saturday from 8-12.

We'll be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Back to normal hours on Tuesday.

The LOCALLY RAISED BEEF from our last post has been hanging in the cooler for 7 days. It's almost time to start cutting!

On to the NEXT CRITTER! We've got the first 2 quarters spoken for already. That means theres 1 half still up for grabs. This can be booked as 1 half or 2 quarters.

Depending on what gets booked this week, it could come in as soon as Tuesday, May 26th. It would be cut around June 5th, frozen and ready for pickup by that first weekend in June.

Cut the way you want. We'll call you for instructions next week.

It'll hang until the 20th. Then we'll cut, wrap, freeze overnight, box and call you that its ready for pickup before the weekend!

Spring is in the air this morning and so is the SMELL of BACON!

We're smoking 10 hogs worth of bacon bellies and WOW it SMELLS GREAT in here! A perfect excuse to stop in for your weekend meat!

The guys just put a a batch of FRESH/ NOT FROZEN Meat Shoppe Seasoned Pork Chops in the retail case and we're stocked up on all your other favorites too!

Also, we brought back an old product from years ago- made in house- Meat Shoppe Fresh Brats. These are not smoked like our Farmer's Brats so they'll have to be cooked. We recommend parboiling in beer and then a couple minutes on a hot grill to finish them off with a little char!

We're open unitl 5:30 today and again tomorrow from 8-Noon.
