Rosebowl Party delivered & set up ~ offerings included 2 kinds of eggrolls, bacon wrapped smokies in sauce, queso with chips, stuffed mushrooms & homemade cheesecake with 4 options for topping. Will get the feedback tomorrow.

General consensus feedback from Dave & Sandy's Open House on Saturday is that it was a great success ~ stuffed mushroom & the pineapple glazed meatballs were the favorites of the day ~ pork egg rolls topped shrimp egg rolls in choice ~ girl brownies rated better than boy brownies & the Fiesta Cracker Spread was well accepted with only 1 person thinking it was too hot. All in all ~ reviews were great!

Open house on Pokegama Lake to let friends & family see the renovations done to Dave & Sandy's place ~ by request, catering was done buffet style as people would be coming & going over a several hour period

First catering event ~ open house for 20/25 people ~ menu has been determined to be egg rolls with 3 options for sauces, pineapple glazed meatballs, stuffed mushrooms & both boy & girl brownies ~ will let everyone know how it all comes out!
