Slow Pokes Local Food Welcome! Slow Pokes Coconut Kefir Cream is available for sale at our home store only. We are located at 1229 12th Avenue, Grafton, WI, 53024.

Slow Pokes Local Foods offers the finest in natural and organic produce, farm-raised meats, gluten-free food, raw milk cheeses, fermented foods and wellness products. We will continue to do research and development on other kefir recipes with more local ingredients. Stop in and try some of our sample ideas. Thanks so much for all of your loyalty and support. Our new owner, Frannie's Market has completed construction of their permanent production space in Mequon. It is beautiful.
Statewide Authentic Local Foods of Appleton is distributing our kefir. Call 920-687-1800 to get started.
Very locally, Frannie's can deliver or you can make other arrangements for wholesale accounts. Call Sarah at 262-271-1848.
