Emma's Farm Stand

Emma's Farm Stand will be opening for the first time this summer tomorrow morning, Saturday July 25, from 9am-12pm. Self service will be available for the rest of the afternoon. We will have table and pickling cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, snow pea pods, swiss chard, beets, lemonade, homemade maple syrup, and homemade blackberry jam. Reminder: things are just starting to come in, so later in the summer, a wider variety of food will be available for purchasing. All of our produce is farm grown in our garden out back, and all organic. Hope to see you there!

Our garden is growing like crazy this season! We planted so many fruits and vegetables and can't wait to sell them at Emma's Farm Stand this year! We have so many more blossoms on all of our plants this year than we have ever seen before, and all of our plants have taken off and have grown so much! The rain we got recently really helped the plants. A great gardening year so far!

Hello everyone! I know I haven't been able to sell a lot of vegetables this summer, but today I have enough veggies to sell (finally)! Today there will be some homemade lemonade, maple syrup, and blackberry jam for sale. We will also have some swiss chard, string beans, cucumbers, zucchini, and summer squash. If you don't already know, our address is 10 Alexander drive. If you drive down the street I live on a little ways, there will be a stand next to the road on the left. i hope you can join me and I hope to see you all soon!

The garden has started to come in quite well. We have zucchini, summer squash, and cucumbers ready to sell! We are having a yard sale on Saturday, July 20 from 8am-2pm and there will also be an antique sale at our house. I will be selling zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, and a bit of homemade maple syrup, as well as antiques, and typical yard sale goods. Looks lke a slow garden year. Too much rain and cold weather. The ground becomes too hardpacked and needs a lot of cultivating and the seeds aren't sprouting the way they usuaally do. Good thing we have a couple sunny days ahead. Will cultivate and replant some carrots and beets. Lost a few cukes and ten strawberry plants (out of 100) and some on the tomatoes look a bit yellow to me. Oh well, it's different every year!

Today, Sunday August 19, The Farm Stand will be open at 12:15 PM! We will have cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, swiss chard, beets, green beans and yellow beans, cherry tomatoes, a few ears of corn, maple syrup, and one pumpkin. We only have 1 pumpkin, so first come first serve. We hope to see you there!
