This week we're sticking with the vegetarian theme -- featuring the Olive Jawn! We make an olive tapenade using a mix of premium mediterranean olives and roasted red peppers, and it is amazing how just a few quality ingredients can bring such big flavor. We spread the olive tapenade on a six inch roll and add some fresh mozzarella and a bet of peppery arugula to round things out. The vegetarian version is available for $8.50, or you can add a bit of capicola for $9.95. Enjoy!
