Here is some background. We are working on developing businesses in Georgetown. We are bootstrapping these businesses. The group is The Hiner, Simon, Allen, and Kiper family's. We currently operate individually and/or jointly the following Georgetown businesses, LockJawz, LJ Storage & Rentals, A Room Full of Joy, K2 Precision Gun Smithing, Odessy Machine, Odessy Storage, Good Shepherd Venture Farms, and The Georgetown Bakery.
The Georgetown Butcher plan is to support local livestock farms. Buy local, have processed local into quarters, then the butcher shop works it from there. Deli & Barbecue sandwiches built on breads from the bakery across the street. Provide some side dishes and chips. Upstairs will have table tops you can take you food upstairs to eat or go outside to the patio. We will have a couple of tables down stairs if you cant make the trip upstairs. The Butcher shop will have a Salaried General Manager, Head Butcher, and staff. The Bakery across the street is Managed by Tonya Parr and she is doing a fantastic job and we could not be prouder of the bakery team!! A great great group of people. The bakery ovens and drive through will be operational soon.
