In our constantly evolving international section of our grocery we proudly carry Nicola's Pasta.

Chef Nicola was passionate about the culinary arts since his early childhood. He attended the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma Italy where the received a Grand Diploma Degree. The techniques learned while cooking and baking utilizing a farm-to-table foundation became the inspiration of Nicola's Pasta in 2012.

We are confident you will enjoy this light textured artisanal pasta made with semolina flour and select local ingredients will be the inspiration for your next meal.

Today we are highlighting Chef Nicola's Roasted Pepper Ravioli and Asparagus Ravioli which would both pair nicely with Sacla's Lemon Pesto.
