Week 1 of our CSA 💚

It’s been a cold and wet Spring, but we managed to get some beautiful veg in time for our first week of the Spring CSA! Pictured here we have lettuce mix, bok choy, cilantro, spring onions, and green garlic. As a special treat, we added in some eggs this week since a couple items are waiting until next week to size up 🫜

I missed the greens in my life and am excited for 25 more weeks of providing tasty eats 🌱🥬🥦

🌸 Spring CSA is almost closed 🌸

Caterpillar tunnels are great options for new farmers on a budget! They are cost effective, easy to install, and provide heat and shelter for summer crops and winter greens. This leads to higher yields, hotter temps, and less chance of disease.

Next up is getting plastic on and planting tomatoes 🍅
