We are officially picking fresh eggplant and bringing it straight from our fields to our produce stands. These beautiful, glossy eggplants are farm-fresh, locally grown, and ready for your favorite recipes—from fried eggplant and casseroles to grilled slices and homemade eggplant parmesan.
