As I get closer to opening Wildflower Nutrition, I want to make sure my hours work best for the community.

What hours would you like to see me open? Would you stop in before work, over your lunch break, after work, or on the weekends? Let me know what would work best for you in the comments! Your feedback will help me decide my hours.

Also… can we take a moment to appreciate how adorable my little cousin, Tobi, is? 🥹💗 He’s already rocking his Wildflower Nutrition merch and might just be my cutest little ambassador.

To the Garrison community… 💐

I am beyond excited and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve this amazing community! Opening a nutrition club has been a dream of mine, and I can’t wait to create a welcoming place where you can stop in for great conversations, positive energy, and delicious shakes and teas.

While I don’t have an official opening date just yet, everything is coming together behind the scenes, and I promise it’ll be worth the wait!
