A 100% vertically integrated beef operation, meaning we grow everything the cattle eat, we raise them ourselves, we hand select
every head of cattle for harvesting, we dry-age and custom cut all of our beef & deliver on our own refrigeration trucks.

Regarding our slogan competition, we are so overwhelmed by all of the amazing responses! We are having such a hard time picking a winner that we decided to narrow it down to our favorites — and now we want your help deciding.
