We are sad to announce the passing of David Harris, our namesake and founder. His wife, Pat Harris, wanted to make sure that his friends and family were aware of his passing. Service is this Sunday, March 24, 2024 @ Williams Funeral home in Garland.

David Charles Harris passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family and loved ones on February 25, 2024. He was born on October 22, 1946 in El Paso, Texas, to mother, Regine Harris and father, Earl Calvin Harris. David had a wide and varied career working for many agencies,

Weather up north has impacted our suppliers' delivery trucks, and we're outta almost everything right now. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a truck in on Tuesday (but that depends on the weather down here). Stay tuned for updates. Ya'll stay safe and warm!

Hey ya'll! I just wanted to give you an update. I'm closing tomorrow directly after all my orders are picked up. Mostly likely around 3pm, I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF TENDERLOIN. We will be closed from December, 30th untill January 9th. Ya'll have an amazing New Years! Much love!

If you missed Bladerunner (our pro knife sharpener) he will be back tomorrow (Jun 24th) from 10 am - 2pm (depending on the heat index tomorrow.) This will be a monthly thing going forward. We've been very pleased with his work amd are excited to have him back!
