We haven’t found Pickle’s family yet, so he’s officially on staff (w/ custom apron and everything!). This morning he’s helping us paint chocolate molds. Stay tuned to see what he’s up to as we wait to see if we can reunite him with his family!

This weekend, Pickle the T-Rex visited our store with his new owner (a charming young man and his parents). Pickle decided to stay behind, so we’re now in search of Pickle’s family so we can return him to his loving home. In the meantime, Pickle is helping out around the shop. Today, he helped us pack up our Jam of the Month subscription boxes. Pickle is welcome to stay as long as he wants, but we’d love to reunite him with his family. Can you help?

Two new delicious arrivals at the shop! Blood Orange Amaretto Jelly is back after a long hiatus. It’s pure sunshine in a jar! And, we debut a small batch of our newest bon bon flavor — The Midnight Bon Bon. The Midnight bon bon is for all you dark chocolate lovers out there: dark chocolate shells filled with a dark chocolate ganache. It’s a rich, luxurious way to get a double does of dark chocolate!

We can’t stop with the new bon bon flavors! We’re calling this new beauty the Principe. A milk chocolate shell encases a layer of dark chocolate sea salt tahini on top of a layer of speculoos cookie butter. But what’s with the name? Well….

Principes are a Spanish treat (Nikki’s favorite grocery store snack from her travels) featuring two biscuit cookies with a dark chocolate cream filling. Most European countries have their own version of this cookie sandwich, so you may know it by another name. Our version amps up the chocolate with the extra dark tahini and adds a lovely salty finish. Our taste testers were surprised by the way the chocolate, cookie butter, and salt flavors come in layers. We’re awfully excited about this new flavor and can’t wait for you to try it!

Power is restored! And, as promised, we’ve got a new treat on the shelves this morning. Italian fruit jelly candies in Lemon/Orange and Strawberry/Blackberry by Maria Cristina. Vegan, gluten free and flavored with natural fruit juices, these little delicacies are the indulgence you deserve!
