—-all meals are based off a macros system to be portioned out on proper amounts of veggies , proteins , complex carbs, fruits , healthy fats ect .. per meal .. not to mention they taste AMAZING 😉

Monday/Wednesday
Breakfast : veggie egg muffins with side or red potatoes and fruit
Lunch: spaghetti squash with ground turkey marinara sauce side healthy salad and healthy “garlic bread”
Dinner : garlic chicken stir fry - chicken breast with sautéed broccoli , mushrooms and bell peppers
Tuesday / Thursday
Breakfast : veggie loaded breakfast casserole and a side of fruit
Lunch: chicken quesadilla . Low carb flax seed quinoa tortilla with chicken breast, organic baby spinach sprinkled with low fat cheese and side of sautéed bell peppers/ veggie medley
Dinner: sweet BBQ flavored ground turkey with sweet potato and side salad
