Next weeks menu is DONE! let me know if I can prep any healthy meals for you coming up ! Don’t forget new customers get first meal free! Thanks for trying and helping my little “food business” get going 🙂

—-all meals are based off a macros system to be portioned out on proper amounts of veggies , proteins , complex carbs, fruits , healthy fats ect .. per meal .. not to mention they taste AMAZING 😉

January 22-26 2018
Monday/Wednesday

Breakfast : veggie egg muffins with side or red potatoes and fruit

Lunch: spaghetti squash with ground turkey marinara sauce side healthy salad and healthy “garlic bread”

Dinner : garlic chicken stir fry - chicken breast with sautéed broccoli , mushrooms and bell peppers

Tuesday / Thursday

Breakfast : veggie loaded breakfast casserole and a side of fruit

Lunch: chicken quesadilla . Low carb flax seed quinoa tortilla with chicken breast, organic baby spinach sprinkled with low fat cheese and side of sautéed bell peppers/ veggie medley

Dinner: sweet BBQ flavored ground turkey with sweet potato and side salad

So it’s been a couple of weeks since I prepped meals due to holidays and being sick ect .. but Valerie’s Healthy meals are back !! The kitchen has re-opened ! And today I got down on 44 .. yes .. FORTY FOUR meal prepped meals for my awesome friends and co workers !! Whew ! My kitchen has been on fire ! STILL taking orders ! First time customers get their first meal free ! Here’s this weeks menu that I made fresh today !

BREAKFAST : breakfast tacos - turkey bacon and eggs tacos in a whole grain tortilla with a side of fresh strawberries and pineapple

LUNCH: ground turkey taco bowl (ground turkey with black beans, corn, pico de Gallo , Romain lettuce , shredded cheese slice of Lime

DINNER: Roasted chicken and roasted grape tomatoes , zucchini , squash , purple onion , on a bed of brown rice/ quinoa

BREAKFAST: scrambled eggs with portabella mushrooms , side of red potatoes and fruit

LUNCH: shredded BBQ CHIcken breast pita with roasted veggies

DINNER: roasted chicken and veggies on a bed of brown rice /quinoa

Tuesday/Thursday

Breakfast: migas nonfat referee beans side of fruit

Lunch: broccoli , chicken apple sausage pasta

Dinner sweet potato bbq ground turkey side of apples

Alright so I will cooking for Friday ! Here’s the menu

Breakfast : Healthy breakfast hash - Roasted Red potatoes with scrambled eggs, baby Spinach , turkey bacon and side of fruit

LUnch : Healthy lasagna - ground turkey , whole wheat pasta , organic baby spinach with fat free ricotta cheese and Parmesan and mozzarella cheese drizzled on top. With side salad

Dinner : chicken and apple sausage “stir fry” so this is my healthy version of a stir fry . It’s chopped chicken breast with a mix of brown rice /quinoa sautéed with bell peppers and veggies in a bowl.

If you would like to order and will be at the Texas Childrens west campus or surrounding area please message or text me ASAP with what you want . I CAN deliver depending on amount of orders and delivery fee to Med center .

Prices are as follows :
Breakfast $6
Lunch $7
Dinner $7

Hello everyone ! Thank you for liking my page .. I’m going to start using this to page for upcoming menus, take orders, and show off my delicious but good for you healthy meals ! As many of you know I recently started cooking and meal prepping for a few people which has now turned into ALOT more and I would love to keep spreading the word ! So if you have tried any of my meals PLEASE help me out and give some reviews and add your friends who would be interested in healthy meal ideas , ordering any breakfast lunch or dinners! This is all new for me so I’m still working out some kinks .. but if you have any feed back I would appreciate it ! Keep looking I will be posting menu soon .!
