🍔Wanting an easy supper ? Our quick and easy Lamb Smash Burgers were a huge hit for supper tonight . 🥗

* 3lbs Ground Lamb
* 1 large handful old fashioned oats
* 3 farm fresh eggs
* Greek Seasoning to your taste
(Mix by hand to consistency of meatloaf-esque fist sized round balls , drop onto piping hot griddle , smash to desired thinness and fry flipping only once )
* Finish with dabs of soft mozzarella or goats cheese till melted

Pairs well with fresh summer salads or light soups.

Follow us on our journey to developing the 601 Gardens 🌄👣

🫛🌱 We are creating our 'Pea Tunnels ' which will be a shady and fun spot to explore for the kiddos and the young at heart . Excited to be working on growing vertically as it will make harvesting easier for us. 👨‍🌾
