AGG is a California w**egrape marketing cooperative with nearly 600 grower-members located from major w**egrape regions of California. The association exists for the purpose of efficient and competitive marketing of its members' grapes as well as offering marketing services for non-members. We maintain direct lines of year round communication with our growers and vintners for the better understanding of market conditions and opportunities. Allied is also active in w**e industry affairs through its affiliations and memberships in numerous organizations such as the Agricultural Council of California, California Association of W**egrape Growers, Family W**emakers of California, the W**e Institute, and numerous regional grape grower associations. Our cooperative understands that the success of our membership depends on our interaction with all segments in this exciting business.

Behind every load of grapes is a grower who spent an entire year getting them there. Behind every delivery is a field rep, truck driver, w**ery crew, scale house, office staff member, and countless others working long days and even longer nights to get another California w**egrape harvest across the finish line.

Here’s to the growers, crews, w**eries, drivers and everyone behind the scenes who make harvest happen - Harvest 2026 and the hardworking people who make California w**e possible. 🍇

This Labor Day, we’re raising a glass to the hardworking w**egrape growers who don’t get the day off.

While many are enjoying the holiday, harvest keeps moving. From early mornings to long days in the vineyard, our growers continue the work it takes to bring in another California w**egrape crop.

Thank you to our growers, farmworkers, crews, and families for your dedication, perseverance, and hard work—not just today, but throughout the entire year.

These beautiful Fresno County Merlot grapes from AGG member Stockbridge Farming are officially coming off the vines!

Freshly harvested, packed up, and getting ready to make their way to the w**eries, where the real magic begins. From vineyard rows to w**ery doors—and eventually into a glass near you—this is what harvest season is all about!

We may be a little biased, but those bins of Merlot are looking grape to us!

There’s just something about rows of Cabernet Sauvignon at AGG member Mahoney Scarlett Vineyard in Suisun Valley that makes us get excited of what’s ahead and make us want to say… Cab yeah!

Drop a 🍷 if Cabernet Sauvignon is one of your favorites!

Lodi Tempranillo is officially Napa-bound! 🍷

Move over ... there’s something important headed over the hill... our growers are delivering beautiful Tempranillo w**egrapes to Napa, and we have a feeling they’re about to become everyone’s favorite ingredient.

Now for the important question... 👇

How do you pronounce Tempranillo?
A) Tem-pra-NEE-yo
B) Tem-pra-NILL-o
C) You confidently say it wrong and hope no one notices.

Drop your answer (or your best attempt) in the comments! And if you’re a Tempranillo fan, tell us your favorite style?

AGG President Jeff Bitter kicking off the 2026 harvest season in Madera... and yes, he somehow managed to stay cleaner than most of us would in a vineyard. 😄

For the California w**e grape industry—a fresh start filled with long days, early mornings, sticky boots, and plenty of optimism.

Now we want to hear from YOU 👇

🍇 Are you harvesting yet, or still counting down?
⏰ What time did your alarm go off this morning?
☕ Be honest... how many cups of coffee does it take to survive harvest?

Drop your answers in the comments! Bonus points if you share a photo from your first day in the vineyard.

Here’s to a safe, successful, and fruitful 2026 harvest. Let’s grow some great grapes! 🍷

Happy Fourth of July from Allied Grape Growers!

As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re especially honored to recognize a historic milestone—America’s 250th anniversary. For two and a half centuries, our nation has been built on the values of hard work, resilience, and community—qualities that continue to define California’s w**egrape-growing families today.

We extend our gratitude to the growers, vintners, industry partners, and agricultural communities who help keep this legacy strong. Wishing you a safe and enjoyable holiday filled with family, friends, and celebration.

Happy Birthday, America!
