Freeport Student Garden will also be back with us, wonder what their garden has been growing these last couple weeks?!

We've gotten a fair amount of rain...and so far it looks like it will again hold off during the market 🥳

There is also a city wide garage sale going on this weekend...and they say not to shop on an empty stomach, so come on down and get fuel for the garage sale extravaganza. Or for your post garage sale nourishment😆

This Saturday!
💫Join us for our third rotation around the sun with the Doug Firebaugh Observatory under our Community Tent!
☀️Have you had a chance to view the sun through a telescope?! It's pretty freaking cool, and they bring two different telescopes for your viewing amazement. (The weather is always in question-but we've had great Saturday weather thus far, and we are optimistic it will hold!)
They will join us rain, clouds, or sunshine and we know you will too :)
🪐They will also be sharing information about all the Observatory has to offer. It is epic to have an Observatory right here in town, with such passionate and experienced folks involved.
Be sure to mark on your calendars their Public Observing Nights
May–October, 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, at 8pm.

The Farmers Market Cross Pollination Adventure app is live!
🥬Here's the jist: Download the free app, and sign up! You can choose to do it as an individual or as a team! When choosing your name/team name, it would be super great if you entered your home market abbreviation. Ex. Stephenson County Farmers Market is SCFM.
Then GO EXPLORE! Different businesses are unlocked after checking in at most markets, because if you drive all the way to another town, you’re probably going to explore more than just the market. Also some awesome farm stands included :)
