If you are ever in the market for an industrial ice machine, we implore you to NEVER go with Manitowoc Ice. Of all the equipment we purchased for this market, it is hands down, the biggest headache of all. Myriad issues since day 1 and they refused to replace it. Bandaid after bandaid while under warranty, until the warranty ran out. No more bandaids now. Just forking out money. Lesson learned! Do yourself a favor and go with Hoshizaki. Don’t make the same mistake I did. 🤦🏻‍♂️😫 Rant over. Love you all!!! Have a GREAT weekend. 😃
