Happy dance! Got our new label machine up and running this week. With that, top quality cuts of meat are being wrapped and going out the door everyday. Our plant manager, Terry Green, has 40+ years of experience in a butcher shop. His skills and knowledge of the trade is top-notch. Terry takes great pride in what he does.
