As we prepare for the week ahead of Thanksgiving, it only seems appropriate to stop & thank all of the meat processing operations in the greater Ohio area who helped us with construction ideas & answered our endless questions. A wise person once said to follow the leaders who know the way. Well, we are so grateful for these fine leaders & community in meat processing. It’s been a tough couple of years: when the big meat packers shut down, these folks were there for us & our animals. Getting it done, day after endless day, with volumes they certainly were not used to, but which they accommodated because they are just good people. Thank you, everyone. Have a supreme Thanksgiving next week! Next Thanksgiving: local turkey. We. Cannot. Wait.
