Field trip day at Willi’s!

Last week, Phil got to hang out with the 4th graders from List Elementary and teach them all about sausage, small business, and what happens behind the scenes at the SmokeHaus.

He shared the long legacy of this location — the history, the families, and the traditions that have shaped 316 Main Street for generations.

The kids asked great questions, tried some sausage, and brought a ton of energy into the shop.
