Here’s a little breakdown rough estimate of what deer processing and sausage costs (not exact).

Deer Processing is $145
Snack Sticks are usually around $70 for a 10lb batch.
Honey BBQ Snack Sticks around $95 for a 10lb batch.
Summer Sausage long sticks around $100 for an 18lb batch.
Summer Sausage short sticks around $120 for an 18lb batch.

Hopefully this helps! These are average numbers but gives you a good idea what it’ll cost when you add sausage to your deer processing.
