Straight from Northern Michigan, Petoskey to be exact, comes two of our favorite products from . The lovey Lemon Curd (bright & tangy) and Fudge Sauce (thick, silky & creamy). Both of these make any dessert a bit better. But honestly, a spoon right out of the jar is perfectly acceptable 😋

He attended the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma Italy, where he received a Grand Diploma Degree. There he learned different techniques of cooking and baking with a farm-to-table foundation that became his inspiration to start this journey. Only the highest-quality ingredients with dough from local farm-fresh eggs and organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. NEVER any preservatives.

This week Family Thyme Kitchen has brought us some yummy options for lunch and dinner!

Thai Chicken with Ginger Lime Dressing Mason Jar salad has green onion, carrots, bell pepper, fresh herbs, Thai chicken with cabbage & ginger lime dressing.

Summer Berry Grain Bowl is full of herbed quinoa, fresh berries, pickled red onions, salted honey pecans, kale, goat cheese served with lemon honey vinaigrette.

Cranberry, Grape, Walnut Chicken Salad with grapes, cranberries, celery, walnuts and mayo.

EVERYONES favorite Ricotta Stuffed Shells with marinara sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mascarpone, Parm, Mozzarella, fresh Parsley in Manicotti Shells.

Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchilada Bake has slow-roasted sweet potatoes that are mashed and combined with black beans, Mexican cheese, green chiles, a delicious blend of lime juice and seasoning and layered with Corn Tortillas, more Mexican cheese, and topped with fresh cilantro for a delicious, vegetarian meal.
