MidSouth Packers is looking for an Experienced meat cutter for our meat processing facility to cut meat.
About Midsouth Packers
MidSouth Packers is a small family owned and operated packing house located at 2682 Hwy 42 South in Forsyth, Georgia. We work Monday - Friday.
What You Get To Do
Debone, cut and trim meat to specification while maintaining yield and quality standards. You need to be able to cut meat products accurately according to cuts and must be proficient with knife handling, safety etiquette and have knowledge of maintenance and sharpening techniques
We Are Looking For:
Butcher experience.
Perform all duties as required
Follow HACCP and SSOP policies and procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 50 pounds depending on specific function being performed.
Ability to work with cold materials in a cold, humid environment.
Follow all safety regulations and support others in working safely.

Compensation:
Starting Rate: $20.00 per hour up to $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
