My newest favorite! ❤️ (not very cost effective to try and sell unfortunately) but OMG they are so delicious!

How much would you be willing to pay for one? This is a general question. Granted there are 12 egg whites in this. And from start to cooling rack takes 1.5 hours. Also, the steps Involved are very precise and important to get correct or it doesn’t rise and bake so beautifully like this. (ALSO considered into the cost is packaging-a minimum of $3 just for the board/box.)

I can only make one cake at a time due to the volume of the batter vs my mixing bowl.

Most grocery stores sell plain angel food cakes about half this size in a foil disposable pan (not cut out and ready to serve) for approx $5

I’ve not found many bakeries around that have these listed in their online menus to compare prices.
