Join us at Gotti Farms for the Farm to Home Event on Friday, June 20th.
My name is Alysia, and I am the Crazy Quail Lady. My specialty is quail eggs! I will have pickled quail eggs in various sizes of jars and fresh quail eggs.
I also will have other pickled items, such as to mushrooms, jalapenos, and chickpeas.
Not into pickled! Then, try some of the sweet items.
Pineapple Zucchini – They look and taste like pineapple, but it’s really zucchini.
I will also have homemade blueberry syrup and blackberry syrup. The syrups are great for pancakes or adding tea or lemonade. My son loves blueberry syrup on mini pancakes.
Plus, I will have samples!
Can't wait to see you there!

They grow up so fast! It is hard to believe they are 11-12 days old! These quail are no longer little fuzz balls. Over the past week, they changed so much.
New feathers came in.
Hopping.
Plotting their escape!
