‼️NEW VENDOR ALERT‼️ We've heard you Folsom, and we've got some awesome new vendors coming soon. This week, Southern Roots Farm Co. is joining us, bringing microgreens back to the market starting THIS SATURDAY (June 20th). Come support local farmers and get your microgreens fix; we've heard they're good on a sandwich!

Starting June 20, you'll be able to find Southern Roots Farm Co. at The Paddock Farmers Market in Folsom!

We'll be bringing fresh microgreens, answering all your "what even is a microgreen?" questions, and helping folks add a little more real food to their plates.

If you've been wanting to try our greens, this is a great chance to stop by and see us.

🌱 What are microgreens?🌱
They're vegetables. Just harvested young.

A lot of people confuse microgreens with sprouts, but they're different. Sprouts are grown in water and the whole plant is eaten. Microgreens are grown in soil, exposed to light, and harvested above the root.

The result?
Big flavor, fresh crunch, and a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
We grow arugula, broccoli, pea shoots, sunflower, and radish microgreens because we believe healthy food doesn't have to be complicated.

It's just food. Don't make it weird.
