The 1st day of the 2026 season at the Fishers Farmers Market 2026 Opening Day was such a great feeling. Seeing familiar faces, local vendors, families, and friends after coming here for the last 7 years makes this market feel like a second home.
From fresh food and handmade items to the music and community spirit, every season brings back wonderful memories. It’s amazing watching the market continue to grow while still keeping that welcoming hometown atmosphere. Looking forward to another great season with everyone in Fishers!

Tapsilog is a classic Filipino comfort mealβ€”especially popular for breakfast, but honestly eaten any time of day πŸ˜‹

The name is a mash-up of its three parts:
Tapa – thinly sliced beef cured in soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and spices, then pan-fried
Sinangag – garlic fried rice
Log – a fried egg (usually sunny-side up)
Put together, you get a super satisfying plate: savory-sweet beef, fragrant garlicky rice, and a rich egg with a runny yolk πŸ₯š


How it’s usually served:
With sliced tomatoes or cucumber on the side or anything you like.
A little vinegar dip (sometimes with chili or garlic) for the beef
Often with banana ketchup or atchara (pickled papaya)

Why Filipinos love it:
It’s filling and flavorful
