Started by Luther's father in 1951, Luther bought the orchard in 1953 from his father after being discharged from the military. Its always been a family affair. We first started with peaches and apples but have continued to expand the variety of fruits and vegetables we grow and carry. We purchased a cider press 35 years ago to make our own apple and cherry favored apple cider. Every year we make

our own apple butter and apple sauce right in the store. In the store we also keep a variety of McCutcheons jams and jellies for sale all year.

The weekend is here and it is going to be gorgeous 🌞😄

We have oodles of great looking veggie plants that need homes, so those are going to be our product of the week again! It is not too late to plant a garden 😉

It was a busy animal week on the farm. We picked up our beef from the butcher and stocked our farm market freezer 🥩 We bought two pigs that we will raise and butcher in the fall 🥓🐷 And we picked up 30 meat chickens that we will raise and butcher this summer 🐥

Memorial Day weekend is here 🇺🇸

It might be a little rainy, but we can't complain because that means our plants and trees are getting some much needed water 🌧️

If you can find a gap between showers, this would be a perfect time to get those vegetable plants in the ground.

Cloudy skies + rain = happy plants

Our product of the week is our single vegetable plants 🌱 We have dropped the price to only $2 a plant 😳 The plants coming out of our greenhouse look gorgeous and we want them to find a home in your garden

Also this weekend, we have white sweet corn and red watermelon in from Florida, perfect additions to your holiday weekend get togethers! And we are hoping for a restock on our beed within the next few days 🤞

We hope your weekend plans include a trip to our farm market to get stocked up on all the goodies

Gorgeous weather ahead 🎉

The weather this weekend is looking gorgeous 🤩 so we are keeping our product of the week as New Guinea Impatiens again to get these beautiful flowers new homes 🌸

We also have strawberry hanging baskets, with strawberries in each 🍓 and fabulous looking tomato plants just waiting to be added to your garden 🍅

We were able to pick up some tomatoes this week to add to our farm market and they looks scrumptious 🤤

Our fields are looking good, we have been able to get the first round of all of our veggies in the ground and our first few plantings of corn are starting to grow 🌽 Farm fresh veggies will be here before we know it!

So many good things going on inside and outside the farm market this weekend, you don’t want to miss out on all the goodies 😉

Our farm market is bursting with colorful flowers and vegetable plants 🌱 🌸

An old wives tale says it's safe to plant your garden after Mother's Day. We say that the weather looks good now, so we are planting our first round of veggies tomorrow 🍅🥒🌽

Safe to say you can start planting your gardens this weekend 🎉 But before you start, make sure you stop by and see all the flowers and plants we have to fill your beds

Our Product of the Week this week is our 4" pots of New Guinea Impatiens and Sunpatiens. Check out our post on why these are the perfect choice for your flower beds and planters. These flowers are normally $4 per pot, but buy in 3s and you get 3 for $10 🌸

Oh, did I mention that we are picking fresh radishes from the garden⁉️ Fresh picked and in the store! Come and get yours today!

It might be a little too chilly 🥶 to think about planting flowers or veggies this weekend, but we have plenty of goodies, new and old, in the store that we are excited to share with you 🥳

We are fully stocked on our own apple sauces, apple butters, peach butter and plum butter. These are all jarred good that are commercially made with the fruit we grow.

If you haven’t tried them, you are missing out. I highly recommend one of the fruit butters with a loaf of the apple cinnamon raisin crumb bread 🤤

We are officially open for the season!

We worked hard this off season to expand our offerings and bring you items that we think you will love. Oh, did I mention we have fresh homemade donuts that are perfect for your weekend breakfast 🤤

With the chilly overnight temps this weekend, we have brought up only a bit of the flowers that have taken over our greenhouse. We will bring more up next week when we know they will be happier 🌞

Our product of the week is our farm fresh eggs. They are $5 a dozen but this week you can get 3 dozen for $12, while supplies last

Season Opening is next week 🥳

We are so excited to open and welcome you back into our store!

We will be opening for the season next Friday, May 1st, at 10 am

We will be operating on slightly limited spring hours to allow us to have more hands in the fields getting everything set up for a successful season 🙌
