🥛 RAW DAIRY HAS ARRIVED AT AOM (formerly Nassau Health Foods).

Raw milk. Raw chocolate milk made with 100% cacao. Raw yogurt.

Fresh, local dairy—without pasteurization.

And because we’re in Florida, we’re required to sell these products as animal feed and label them “NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.”

Yes, really. 🐄😂

We follow the rules.
You can decide what you think about them.

Come check out the full selection in our dairy case at Amelia Organic Market.

Know your farmer. Know your food.

If you do only one thing to lower everyday toxin exposure — start with your water.

You interact with drinking water every single day, multiple times a day. Even treated municipal water can contain trace amounts of forever chemicals, microplastics, chlorine byproducts, and sometimes heavy metals depending on your plumbing .

An NSF-certified filter means the system has been tested and proven to reduce specific contaminants.

One investment. Multiple concerns addressed.

Living toxin-free doesn’t require turning your life upside down. It starts with small, intentional upgrades that add up over time.
