Yesterday my mother-in-law ground up some ham in case I wanted to make ham salad sandwiches. I love a good ham salad, but I've always felt that it's a recipe that can easily be ruined with the addition of too much dill or sweet pickle relish, I've had some that are so obnoxiously sweet I can barely....
