So I got side tracked - While making mild and hot pepper jelly, I discovered I could do both in the same jar. Seems like the ultimate Christmas gift!

And WHY am I getting more jars? Because I just picked 6 gallons of muscadines. Coming soon - muscadine jelly, muscadine hull preserves and spiced muscadine hull preserves. Kitchen witchery at its best!

Heads up to my canning friends…recently seen ad from DG shows 50% off jars. Personally bought BOGO jars at Publix yesterday!

Surprise! I have muscadines! After two years of barren vines, I picked 6 gallons this week. I see muscadine jelly and preserves in the future.

Good news/bad news from yesterday - I will NOT be at Suncatcher Cafe today. My announcement of the season’s end to tomatoes triggered a buying spree. All of my crop is gone for the season. I appreciate each of my customers!

Good news and bad news…. Canceling my appearance at Suncatcher Cafe tomorrow. The last of my tomatoes have found new homes. Thanks to all who have made these summer sales possible and fun!

I will not be at Suncatcher Cafe Sunday Aug 8th but hope to see y'all again before my season is over!
